Jesse V. Presutti, 92, of Brighton Township, passed away on February 22, 2023, at Heritage Valley Beaver surrounded by family.

Born in Midland PA, on April 12, 1930, to the late Nazzareno (Ned) and Pauline Presutti, Jesse was a faithful member of St. Blaise Parish (formerly Presentation of the Virgin Mary) having led the church bazaar fund raising for construction of the church. He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in Combat with “F” Company 224th Infantry Regiment. Jesse was a life member of DAV & VFW, as well as a member of the American Legion, and the Beaver County Veteran Advisory Board. He had been employed at Crucible Steel, Midland as Superintendent of the Bar Mill; at Zisco Steel, Zimbabwe, Africa as Rolling Mills Manager; and Pittsburgh Tube Company, Darlington, as Plant Manager.

Jesse enjoyed playing golf at Deer Trails Country Club, where he was a Charter Member, past board member, and board president. He also loved to travel abroad and always enjoyed a good glass of wine. He was a graduate of Midland High School, class of 1948, and Geneva College, class of 1957.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Lola Presutti; sisters, Marie Susie, Gilda Kleinhenz, and Janet Nestor.

Jesse will be sadly missed by his children, Marla (Andrew) Petro, and Jeffrey (Lisa) Kerns; special grandchildren, Matthew Matteo, Sophia Kerns, and Jessica (Evan) Addis; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great niece, and nephews and a great-great-granddaughter.

Friends will be received Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 2 PM until 4 PM and 6 PM until 8 PM. in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 10:30 AM. at St. Augustine Church, 772 Ohio Avenue, Midland. Entombment, with full military honors, will follow at the Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum.

Memorial Contributions may be shared in Jesse’s name to The Salvation Army.
